About the Role


  • Coordinate all sales activities, including R&D, production planning, inventory control and QA processes.

  • Conduct visits to various shops and selling points to ensure optimal functions.

  • Maintain the ERP system and efficiently process daily purchasing orders.

  • Perform inventory control and replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.

  • Oversee daily logistics and distribution operations to ensure orders and stock level requirements.

Requirements


  • Minimum 3 year of relevant working experience in the Food Service industry is preferred

  • Knowledge in ISO 22000 and HACCP System requirements is preferred

  • Experience in an ERP system is a plus

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
