Hong Kong homegrown brand "Bite by Bite", a new style Hong Kong-style street snacks and dessert shop opens its new branch in Kwai Fong Metroplaza on April 24, 2024! The new store's interior design concept is inspired by the Western-style architecture, and cleverly combines the classic architecture of the Victorian era with elements of Hong Kong's outdoor parks, blending Chinese and Western features with warm cozy wood tones, dome lines, coral red tiles, playground elements like climbing frames and more.
To celebrate the opening of the new store, Bite by Bite is excited to offer something new to all customers. New Signature includes “ALL-IN-ONE Snacks Platter” featuring all hero items from the brand, including Cereal Butter Prawn in a Cone, Imitation Shark Fin Soup with Konjac Noodles, XXXL Fishball, Sansho Salted Egg Yolk Wings, Siu Mai with Dried Radish and Shrimp Oil, Stuffed Vegetables that will satisfy the needs of all foodies. Another must-try would be the "Crispy Fried Chicken Thigh", dredging with flour and bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown and crispy, nice and crispy outside while tender and moist inside.
In terms of desserts, it is the first Hong Kong-style egg waffle filled with local bakery egg tart’s fillings and ginger egg whites pudding fillings. The egg waffles are all freshly made on-site filling with rich egg flavours, crispy outside and soft inside! There are also newly launched salty flavours including Spicy Meat Pork Flavor, Curry Seaweed Floss Flavor and Takoyaki Flavor, which availability varies every week. The opening of the Metroplaza branch also welcomes the return of our ALWAYS signature hero dessert "Coffee Milk Pudding". The silky coffee milk pudding is paired with vanilla ice cream and orange jam, taking this classic authentic dessert to an entire new level.
For the Crafted Drinks, Bite by Bite has added a new “Fruit Infusion Series”. In addition to the all-time favorite Fizzy Watermelon Limon, the new series includes Fresh Limon Assam Black Tea, Dried Tangerine Peel Limon Assam Black Tea, Citrus Limon Jasmine Green Tea and Bitter Melon Limon Jasmine Green Tea Each glass of tea combines the unique flavors of red or green tea and the freshness of fragrant citrus limon, bringing diners a refreshing kick.
