Job Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the Hong Kong office and the franchiser restaurants at Japan
Collaborate with the franchiser to align on the project objectives, timelines and ensure that all relevant parties are involved throughout the project
Manage franchise operations, including administrative tasks, procurement planning, licensing and etc.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to successfully deliver the franchiser’s requirements- Provide support to the General Manager in franchise-related matters
Requirements
A relevant degree in Business or Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Food Services, Catering or Japanese Companies would be an advantage
Good commend of both written and spoken Mandarin English, and Japanese (Level 2 / N2 of JLPT or above is a MUST)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong problem solving, ability to work under pressure, work independently with good interpersonal skills
Experience in franchise handling and application would be an advantage
Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
