職位描述
‧ Inspect and spot check raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products. To ensure that all processes comply with international food safety standards ‧ Develop and maintain a food safety system (eg: ISO22000 & HACCP) ‧ Handling food safety and quality surveys ‧ Cooperate with the Purchasing Department to review the quality of raw materials of suppliers ‧ Ceport to managoordinate and participate in training and related work on food safety, quality management and cleanliness ‧ Rement regularly
職位要求
‧ Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degreeor above in Food Safety or Food Technology, or other relevant qualifications ‧ Minimum 5 years relevant work experience and at least 2 years management experience ‧ Familiar with relevant food safety system knowledge (eg ISO: 22000, HACCP) ‧ Knowledge and experience in food-related legislation ‧ Proactive, self-motivated, work independently and able to meet tight deadlines ‧ Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing ‧ Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese ‧ Immediately available is highly preferred Benefits Competitive salary package Various caring leave types Great learning and career development platform Excellent working environment
