‧ Monitor food quality meets the requirement of the Company and customers
‧ Planning, directing and coordinating the operations of one or more than one outlet
‧ Provide coaching and training for Kitchen staff
‧ To oversee the daily operations of responsible branches of brand assigned plus future potential brand
‧ Any other ad-hoc projects related to operations
‧ To assist the development of new recipes, dishes and other cuisine in order to meet customers’ changing expectations, to increase sales revenue and sustain business growth
‧ Native Japanese Speaker and HK Permanent ID Holder
‧ Excellent communication skills with good command of English or Cantonese.
‧ 10 years or above relevant experience in Japanese cuisine industry is preferred or 5-10 years with Executive Chef or similar position experience in Japanese restaurant.
