職位描述
‧Familiar with Luxury & Fashion products online sales on APP and Ecommerce in Hong Kong and China ‧Formulate omni-channel marketing plan and strategies including but not limited to digital such as website, social media (FB, WeChat & RedBook), SEM, SEO, etc.) ‧Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to growth members and achieve sales targets ‧Develop contents to maximize brand & awareness and drive conversion in different paid campaign platforms ‧Track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO / SEM campaigns as necessary ‧Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on marketing statistics such as ranking, traffic, conversion, and more ‧Exploring testing solutions (AB test) to optimize user experience across user journey ‧Manage and monitoring campaign delivery results, KPI and budget ‧Evaluate the performance of initiatives and provide reviews of campaigns and trends using Google Analytics
職位要求
‧Degree holder in Marketing/ Communications/ E-Commerce or related disciplines ‧At least 6 years or above of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Digital Search and Social Media Marketing, etc. ‧Solid Digital Agency background is an advantage ‧Experience in online marketing tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog ‧Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player ‧Able to work under pressure and tight schedule ‧Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin ‧Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Executive Benefits ‧Competitive salary package ‧Various caring leave types ‧Great learning and career development platform ‧Excellent working environment
