職位描述
‧ Responsible for full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment activities including liaising with line managers to identify selection criteria, candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, initial application, CV screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation etc ‧ Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications ‧ Manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, the interview arrangements and offers to be sent out to candidates ‧ Providing recruitment status reports to management ‧ Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels ‧ Keep up-to-date of market trend such as talent move, salary trend etc
職位要求
‧ Bachelor degree in human resources management or related disciplines ‧ At least 5 years talent acquisition experience, candidates with mass recruitment experience would be preferable ‧ Outstanding interpersonal, organizational written/verbal communication skills, attentive to details without losing sight of broader needs/activities ‧ Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously ‧ Ability to represent the company to prospective candidates and interact with senior management ‧ Team player, while able to to work independently and as an integral member of various teams ‧ Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin ‧ With F&B/ Retail Industry experiences preferred Benefits ‧ Competitive salary package ‧ Various caring leave types ‧ Great learning and career development platform ‧ Excellent working environment ‧ Dental insurance ‧ Five-day work week ‧ Medical insurance ‧ Performance bonus
