職位描述
‧ Develop, implement and execute the standard procedures and policies in all aspects of operations including supplier management, production flow, inventory control, quality assurance, logistics and product returning Maintain effective communication with manufacturers and monitor the performance of production lines including production process and product quality etc. ‧ Manage day-to-day logistics and distribution operation to ensure orders and stocks are fulfilled ‧ Analyze and review production data or records to prepare any appropriate precautious action ‧ Oversee production efficiency and initiate continuous improvements in daily operation ‧ Coordinate with R&D team, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure company operation effectiveness ‧ Implement business practices to ensure compliance with all local regulations as well as all policies and procedures, and drive the cost effectiveness on the account
職位要求
