職位描述
‧ Responsible for sourcing and purchasing food and non-food products ‧ Establishing procurement systems and procedures ‧ Ensure that all purchases comply with company policy ‧ Assist in developing reliable and responsible sourcing strategies ‧ Obtain competitive quotations and bids and ensure proper documentation of procurement records ‧ Post orders to the Inventory module and generate purchase orders for recipients to match received goods ‧ Ensure that all food and beverage suppliers meet hygiene standards
職位要求
‧ Diploma or above in any disciplines ‧ At least 5 years purchasing experiences, with 2 years management experiences preferred ‧ Rich supplier network, good presentation and communication skills ‧ Work with other departments on meeting and purchasing ‧ Negotiate effectively with suppliers ‧ Ensure all purchases meet requirements ‧ Proactive with strong analytical and numerical ability ‧ Improved food cost and handling of issues related to sourcing ingredients ‧ Team player, while able to work independently and as an integral member of various teams ‧ Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin ‧ With Catering Industry background is highly preferred ‧ Immediate availability or short notice period are highly preferred Benefits ‧ Competitive salary package ‧ Various caring leave types ‧ Great learning and career development platform ‧ Excellent working environment ‧ Dental insurance ‧ Five-day work week ‧ Medical insurance ‧ Performance bonus
