職位描述
‧ Identify potential suppliers to source new products to enhance the product portfolio;
‧ Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices and terms;
‧ Analyze market trends, sales performance, revenues and current inventory levels to forecast inventory needs and estimate purchase quantities;
‧ Responsible to budget control, outlet layout & merchandises display;
‧ Calculate, place and maintain purchase orders / promotional purchase orders with vendors;
‧ Manage inventory days, stock control and delivery bookings;
‧ Prepare payment application;
‧ Support ad-hoc duties as and when required.
職位要求
‧ Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline;
‧ 2 - 3 years solid experience of buying and category management of FMCG products;
‧ Experienced in retail WMS, or POS systems;
‧ Proficient in MS Word and Excel is a must (E.g. Pivot table, Vlookup, formulas);
‧ Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is required;
‧ A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
‧ Independent, proactive and well-organized, multi-tasking skills, detail-minded, sensitive to figures, good analytical skill with strong market sense and awareness
‧ Fresh Food experience (vegetable and fruit) or Non-Food item experience is an advantage
