‧Responsible for full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment activities including liaising with line managers to identify selection criteria, candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, initial application, CV screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation etc ‧Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications ‧Manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, the interview arrangements and offers to be sent out to candidates ‧Providing recruitment status reports to management ‧Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels ‧Keep up-to-date of market trend such as talent move, salary trend etc
‧Bachelor degree in human resources management or related disciplines ‧At least 5 years talent acquisition experience, candidates with mass recruitment experience would be preferable ‧Outstanding interpersonal, organizational written/verbal communication skills, attentive to details without losing sight of broader needs/activities ‧Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously ‧Ability to represent the company to prospective candidates and interact with senior management ‧Team player, while able to to work independently and as an integral member of various teams ‧Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin ‧With F&B/ Retail Industry experiences preferred Benefits ‧Competitive salary package ‧Various caring leave types ‧Great learning and career development platform ‧Excellent working environment
