職位描述
‧ Support & Report to Department Head on day-to-day office administration operations where necessary
‧ Perform full spectrum of office administration duties, which include but not limited to source, liaise and monitor vendors to assure all office services are at highest quality at a budget solution;
‧ Review and implement administration policies and procedures, expenses and cost control management
‧ Prepare reports and presentation materials for management
‧ Assist in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned
職位要求
‧ High Diploma or above
‧ Relevant experience in retails or online shop preferred
‧ At least two-year working experience in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
‧ Able to work under pressure and good time management
‧ Flexible personality with self-discipline and a good team player
‧ Proficiency in MS Office
‧ Excellent communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
‧ Immediately available is preferred
