職位描述
‧ Handle all round of HR and Finance matter for the company
‧ Coordinate in-house HR and Finance Dept for the operational issue
‧ Provide full range of administrative/secretarial support to the Management
‧ Manage communication including all depts within the company in order to make it smooth running
‧ Manage record of all execution, review and tracking of ongoing project
‧ Provide administrative support to the marketing team and Sales team as well as supporting ad hoc project
職位要求
‧ Degree holder in Business Administration/Finance or related discipline
‧ Minimum 2-3 years' working experience in automotive industry would be preferred
‧ Organized and attentive to details
‧ Superior problem-solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
‧ Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
‧ Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
‧ Proficient in MS Applications and Chinese word processing
‧ Immediate available is highly preferred
