‧ Responsible for full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment activities including liaising with line managers to identify selection criteria, candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, initial application, CV screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation etc
‧ Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications
‧ Manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, the interview arrangements and offers to be sent out to candidates
‧ Providing recruitment status reports to management
‧ Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
‧ Keep up-to-date of market trend such as talent move, salary trend etc
