‧Responsible for full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment activities including liaising with line managers to identify selection criteria, candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, initial application, CV screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation etc
‧Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications
‧Manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, the interview arrangements and offers to be sent out to candidates
‧Providing recruitment status reports to management
‧Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
‧Keep up-to-date of market trend such as talent move, salary trend etc
